Ask only what you need
Build a form for interests or follow-up. Review each response before connecting it to a person record, so a similar name or email does not silently change someone’s profile.
Keep the welcome personal
Give entrance staff access to the right event. They can scan a ticket or enter its code and see whether admission was recorded, already used or unavailable.
Remember the relationship, not just the headcount.
The arrival count helps you run today’s event. People profiles, relationships and reviewed form responses help your team understand what to do next. Keep notes and follow-up inside the organization that owns them.
Someone can attend without becoming a workspace member. Their ticket or form response never grants access to your private people records.

Can we mix public registration and invited guests?
Yes. You choose which active ticket types appear for public registration, and your team can issue eligible named passes separately. Publishing an event does not automatically open every ticket type for self-registration.
Do guests need a Turnstile account?
People who register and manage their own tickets use a verified Turnstile account with required two-step verification. Team-issued passes can be shared with their recorded recipients through an eligible private claim link.
Will forms automatically merge people records?
No. Review the response and any suggested match before linking or creating a person record. This keeps a shared name or email from silently changing the wrong profile.
